About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team at Alliance Orthopedics. As a key member of our multidisciplinary practice, you will work closely with our medical and conservative care teams to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with patients and understand their unique needs and goals.
  • Perform thorough physical assessments and consult with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans.
  • Implement treatment plans and procedures in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Develop and revise care plans based on patient outcomes and feedback.
  • Provide safe and effective therapeutic care to patients, promoting their overall well-being and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Document all patient care activities and contribute to performance improvement initiatives through medical record review.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to resolve conflicts and promote a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes and improve overall care quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant License
  • Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) through The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • Degree from an accredited academic program (Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant) (ARC-PA)
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Physician Assistant
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Prescriptive authorization required within 30 days of hire
