Nurse Specialist

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Reno, Nevada. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Initiate, develop, and implement plans of care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Directly and indirectly supervise care provided by home health aides and licensed practical vocational nurses, providing instruction and assigning tasks as needed.
- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice and infection control standards, accurately and timely completing comprehensive assessments and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and service excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
