Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership through education, teaching, and mentoring of nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting, preferably in dialysis or nephrology.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, effective communication, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
