Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients residing in skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses
- Document patient care in Theoria's proprietary electronic health record system
- Participate in medical quality initiatives and programs
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
- Experience in primary care and/or post-acute care
