Job Summary:

Aegis Therapies is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a nursing home setting. As a COTA, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support the rehabilitation and wellness of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a nursing home setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
