Job Title: Driver Helper

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a General Labor position in Smyrna, TN. If you meet the qualifications listed below and would like to learn more about the position, please read on.

Job Summary:

This is a labor-intensive position that requires working both inside and outside, exposing you to the elements of weather. You will be interacting with customers and consumers, so appropriate attire is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load products from trucks at customer locations
  • Install fountain equipment and load/reload with equipment as necessary
  • Repair and perform preventative maintenance on vending/fountain equipment as needed
  • Collect accurate and complete equipment information
  • Maintain parts, tools, and equipment
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate customer/work order records for each delivery
  • Transport miscellaneous items such as compressors for repair/scrap, cardboard for recycling, etc.
  • Fill, install, and adjust to the proper mix of product
  • Establish positive customer relationships
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
Helpful Experience:
  • Generating and setting work schedules (e.g., determining the priority of work projects, building work schedules, scheduling tasks during the day, etc.)
  • Serving customers (e.g., resolving customer issues, ensuring appropriate communication with store managers, following up on customer requests, etc.)
  • Completing basic paperwork (e.g., filling out paperwork, completing documentation to turn in to supervisor, filling out timecards mileage, etc.)

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
