As a Pediatric Neonatal Respiratory Therapist at Medical City Dallas, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to pediatric patients in a neonatal setting. You will assess patients, administer therapies, and monitor their therapeutic response. You will also collaborate with the medical staff to ensure the best outcomes for our young patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic procedures
Administer respiratory therapies and assist with airway management
Monitor and maintain mechanical ventilation
Respond to emergent patient situations and ensure airway integrity during resuscitation
Qualifications:
Neonate Resuscitate certification obtained within 30 days of employment
RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP) or equivalent
Current BCLS and PALS certifications
