Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Overview:
We are in search of a reliable Packaging Room Associate to support our operations. Reporting to the Packaging Room Supervisor and/or the Operations Coordinator, this role involves executing primary and secondary packaging tasks in accordance with established protocols. Please note that 10% of the work will be conducted in a refrigerated environment, so candidates must be comfortable with cooler temperatures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct manual filling and inspection of bottles.
  • Fill and examine blister strips and blister cards.
  • Manually apply labels, assemble packaging components, and perform inspection tasks.
  • Operate semi-automated packaging machinery in both primary and secondary packaging areas.
  • Carry out major and minor cleaning duties in packaging areas and on machinery.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to follow instructions precisely and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Familiarity with cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in English literacy and basic math skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical sector and knowledge of cGMP standards is advantageous.
