KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on all equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Oversee and guide maintenance teams to ensure efficient completion of work orders and projects.
  • Manage procurement of materials and supplies in accordance with established procedures, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC, demonstrating advanced technical abilities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance tasks to align with organizational policies.
  • Act as the Maintenance Manager in their absence, ensuring continuity of operations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and climbing. The successful candidate will work under minimal supervision and must be available for on-call duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with four years of relevant experience in maintenance or construction fields. Preferred qualifications include completion of continuing education in maintenance and certification in a major skill area.
