Mirkin Solutions is a dynamic and mission-driven organization dedicated to serving low-income communities through innovative programs and services. As a Senior Legal Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing our mission by overseeing the management and supervision of our Community Economic Development (CED) program.

You will report to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with CED program staff, external stakeholders, and other members of our team to achieve our organizational goals. Key responsibilities will include supervising program attorneys and paralegals, managing the execution of the Small Business Services (SBS) Commercial Lease Assistance (CLA) program, and creating and managing program budgets.

Key requirements for this role include 5+ years of experience in applicable transactional law practice, familiarity with representing nonprofit small businesses, community coalitions, and/or working with clients in the nonprofit sector, low-income communities, community organizations. Public speaking experience ideally concerning CED legal advocacy is also highly desirable.
