Job Description

This full-time internship opportunity is available from June 3rd to August 8th and provides a stipend of approximately $40,000 per year. As a Pharmacist Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Distributing prescribed medications
  • Providing information to customers about medications and their use
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing patient records and processing insurance claims
  • Ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations
  • Administering immunizations (where permitted)
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • Completed the first professional year (P1) of a Doctor of Pharmacy program before the start of the internship
  • Active licensure as a pharmacist intern in the state of Texas
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

We also prefer candidates with a strong academic record, completion of at least one Therapeutics Course, knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology, and excellent communication skills.
