We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Product Management to lead our Card Core Platforms team in defining the roadmap for our new and well-managed customer experiences and capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will leverage the latest innovations to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a team that is driving change in the industry. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision for your product
  • Developing actionable strategies that define priorities for your team and rally stakeholders to your vision
  • Owning and prioritizing the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes
  • Defining KPIs for your product and measuring and tracking progress
  • Working closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand technical decisions and their impact on the customer experience
  • Rallying teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and influencing prioritization across partner teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
  • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, MBA or Master's degree, and 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
