Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance services for mobility and locker equipment, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers, and other allied equipment.
  • Provide on-site technical support and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on entertainment equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new equipment according to specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of service tickets, equipment maintenance, and completed tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Strong technical skills in electrical, wiring diagram, soldering, and mechanical systems.
  • Light plumbing experience (e.g., water blasters) is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with entertainment equipment and industry trends is a plus.
  • Computer software skills for troubleshooting and compatibility meshing for some games and advanced features.
