Position Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanic will be tasked with diagnosing equipment issues and executing repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery.
Responsibilities include overhauling and installing new machinery, rebuilding and fabricating components, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained and safe.
Key duties include:
1. Generating parts requests to maintain sufficient inventory.
2. Completing assigned work orders.
3. Performing equipment changeovers and setting up production lines.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Refrigeration/HVAC certification or vocational training is preferred.
0-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance is necessary.
1+ years of mechanical or electrical experience is advantageous.
Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance is preferred.
Familiarity with high-speed industrial environments is beneficial.
Demonstrated mechanical and technical skills are essential.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
Ability to adhere to manufacturers' specifications and schematics is necessary.
Knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems is a plus.
