We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide daily supervision to dispatchers, ensuring adherence to company and regulatory policies. They will also monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching and development opportunities, and promote positive customer and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision to dispatchers, ensuring offsite support to field employees, local supervision, and external customers.
  • Monitor workload and communicate resource needs to Districts.
  • Directly supervise employees and keep management apprised of any personnel issues.
  • Promote positive customer and employee relations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in natural gas operations or customer services.
