Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Teach patients and families about self-care skills, medications, and condition management to promote independence and optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve patient-centered care goals and improve overall patient satisfaction.
- Current FL RN license.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an RN, with 2 years in critical care and/or ER experience and PeriOp (Pre/Post) experience.
