Key Responsibilities:

  • Protect and Serve: Safeguard our patients, staff, and visitors by utilizing preventive techniques to reduce risk and facilitate a safe environment.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings and access points.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.
  • Asset Protection: Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and adhere to all company service and operating standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Remain in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent, GED Required
  • License: Current valid New York State Driver's License
  • Security License: Current New York State Security License preferred

  • Interpersonal Skills: Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clients, staff, and visitors in a professional and positive manner
