Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Autonomous Vehicle Driver to join our team at Trucking People. As an Autonomous Vehicle Operator, you will be responsible for supporting vehicle operations and driving 4-8 hours a day with a focus on safety.

In this role, you will conduct basic software operation tasks and support missions through various roles. You will also assist with documentation, metrics, and provide feedback to engineering teams.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:45am-4:15pm
  • 3:45pm-12:15am

The ideal candidate will have basic vehicle knowledge, excellent driving history, and technical savviness. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience is preferred.

Bonus pay is available for weekend and night shifts, and the company offers pre-tax commuter benefits, employer-subsidised healthcare benefits, Flexible Spending Account for healthcare-related costs, and a 401k package.

Estimated salary: $25 per hour (competitive hourly rate). Bonus pay for weekend and night shifts adds up to an estimated total annual salary of $62,400.
