The Dishwasher plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our kitchen facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of meal services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene standards.
- Sort and wash dishes, utensils, and equipment to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
- Sanitize and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors to prevent the spread of bacteria and other microorganisms.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the dishroom, including the dishwashing area, storage areas, and trash disposal.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient meal service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to provide documents for work authorization
