Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, education, or healthcare administration.
  • Certifications
    • BCBA certification and local state licensure preferred.
  • Experience
    • Three to five years of progressive experience in behavioral health, including supervision and case management.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA).
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clinical staff.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
