As a private duty nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them recover from illness or injury.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
Requirements:
  • Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior nursing experience preferred.
Skills:
  • Enteral feeds
  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator management
