Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Lowell Five. As a key member of our banking operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions and payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawers and transactions
  • Assist with branch quality control and scanning
  • Provide digital technical support for customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cash handling and customer service experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Strong oral communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
