Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble transformers according to specifications, ensuring all components are properly connected and tested for quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of necessary items, ensuring timely delivery of components to the production line.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure all work areas, equipment, and tools are clean and organized, adhering to company standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document and record all assembly and testing processes, maintaining accurate records for quality control and regulatory purposes.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain equipment, including programmable motion-control devices, computers, and robots, to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all assembled transformers meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and engineering, to ensure seamless production and quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, with proven work stability history.
  • Skills: Basic computer knowledge, data entry experience, and working knowledge of various equipment and tools.
  • Certifications: Forklift certification and/or ITEC certification.
Working Conditions

As a Transformer Assembler, you will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to electrical equipment and tools. You must be able to lift heavy components (up to 50lbs) and stand for prolonged periods. A willingness to work overtime and adapt to changing production demands is essential.
