Radiology Associates of Ocala is seeking a highly skilled MRI Tech Aide to join our team in a fast-paced outpatient imaging center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring patient comfort and optimizing patient flow.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide individualized and caring patient care in a professional manner, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Facilitate Patient Flow: Facilitate patient flow to maintain schedules, including assisting patients with dressing and undressing, starting or removing IVs, and informing patients and families of any delays.
- Organizational Responsibilities: Set up instruments and equipment according to department protocol, clean exam/procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment between patient visits to maintain infection control, and call or fax STAT results to ordering clinicians and enter documentation into RIS.
- Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year related experience
- Skills: Customer service skills are a must
