About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Lawyer to join our team at Blattner Company. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on legal risk management and regulatory compliance in the renewable energy sector.
- Provide guidance on contractual terms and conditions, and draft contracts and agreements as needed.
- Manage litigation and employment law matters, including claims and disputes.
- Oversee the implementation of company standards and policies.
- Manage the activities of the legal department and administrative staff.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate and admission to the Minnesota Bar.
- Minimum 4-6 years of total experience in litigation and employment law.
- Experience in the construction or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
