Job Title: Hearing Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hearing Care Coordinator to join our team at Sonova. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Partner with clinical staff to schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, and assist with support needs within the clinic.
  • Collect patient intake forms, maintain patient files, and provide first-level support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Process repairs under the direct supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional and prepare bank deposits and submit daily reports to finance.
  • Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach events, promoting Sonova's mission and values.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
  • Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients, physicians, and clinical staff.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • EMR/EHR experience a plus.
