Behavioral Health Supervisor Job Description

Brightview Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health professional to lead our treatment team. As a Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will provide direct patient care and supervision to behavioral health staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and supervision to behavioral health staff.
  • Offer expertise on best practices and guidelines for behavioral health treatment.
  • Evaluate treatment plans, documentation, and services to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Ensure teams meet performance measures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, implementing policies, workflows, and trainings as needed.
  • Participate in and occasionally lead meetings and in-services, partnering with the Operations Director for proper care.
  • Adhere to and manage compliance for supervision activities, embracing and promoting a culture of compliance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a related field, with prior supervision experience preferred.
  • Active licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum independently licensed with supervision designation.
  • Master's Degree in a related field, with a strong commitment to compliance and integrity.
