Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Tennova Healthcare - Clarksville. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our nursing unit.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications as needed
  • Teach patients and families about self-care skills and promote independence
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Tennessee or compact state RN license in good standing
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required, Bachelors preferred
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • PALS certification required within 90 days
  • 1 year ER experience in a hospital setting or 2+ years in PCU level inpatient care preferred
