Position Overview:
The Clinical Nursing Supervisor will collaborate effectively with both hospital and corporate frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient patient care.
This role entails managing the department's operations, overseeing staff schedules, and ensuring that personnel and resources are adequately available to meet patient needs.
Responsibilities include recruitment, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for nursing staff. In this capacity, you will serve as a clinical expert in nursing practices while aligning with the mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives of Methodist Health System.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Nurse Manager role is essential.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Must hold current certifications as mandated by the department.
