Winner's Circle Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Winner's Circle representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of Dave & Buster's.

• Provide timely and accurate service to guests, managing wait times and communicating information as needed.
• Assist guests with all requests, answer questions, and make recommendations on items.
• Provide game assistance by promptly notifying support technicians or management as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Winner's Circle, including restocking plush and shelves, and maintaining displays.
• Assist other team members as needed to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move about the facility.
