Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun.
• Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and managers.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions, including smiling and greeting guests upon entering.
• Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations on items and providing game assistance as required.
• Ensure everything was satisfactory and invite guests to return, notifying managers of any guests perceived to be unhappy.
• Practice proper cost controls by accurately weighing tickets and scanning merchandise, responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas.
• Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts, if applicable, and check for restocking of necessary supplies, bringing all areas up to standard and discussing problem areas with managers.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required, in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Ability to read and write handwritten notes, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift, reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently.

Compensation:
Compensation is from $16 - $16.75 per hour.
