Key Responsibilities:
As a Tax Senior, you will:
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Collaborate with managers and partners to provide timely services
  • Develop expertise in niche industries to offer tax advisory and consulting

  • Prepare intricate federal and multi-state tax returns for businesses

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a CPA firm
  • CPA certification or in the process of obtaining it
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax matters
  • Strong relationship-building and project management abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to mentor and train junior staff
  • Proficiency in Prosystems ProFx Tax, Caseware, and CCH Fixed Assets

Educational Background:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Coursework sufficient for CPA licensure
