  • Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage patient accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of medical billing or physician office experience.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions
