Complex Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster

AmTrust Financial Services is seeking a skilled Complex Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for handling complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims, and providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate complex workers' compensation claims and determine coverage and liability
- Conduct thorough investigations of claims, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
- Develop and implement effective resolution strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of claims
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, risk management, and legal, to ensure seamless claim handling
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting workers' compensation claims
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims handling or litigation
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including claim management systems
