The Resilience Center of Houston is a private practice dedicated to providing quality, outpatient counseling to treat moderate to higher-functioning clients for a wide range of mental and behavioral health issues.
Therapist Job Description- Location: Our Katy office is conveniently located at 24044 Cinco Village Center, Katy, TX 77494.
- License Requirements: All Contract Therapist jobs require an independent Texas license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. If you have a provisional license (practicing under supervision), only apply if you are a few weeks from upgrading to your independent license. If independently licensed in another state, apply to this job once you have submitted your application for your Texas license.
- Contract Type: All Therapist jobs are Independent Contractor positions.
- Compensation: Pay starts between $52 and $68 per completed session with room for growth in the future. Additional compensation is given for late cancellations, no-shows, letter writing, and form completion.
- Benefits: Full-time therapists may opt-in for the following benefits through The Resilience Center of Houston: Health, Dental, Vision, and IRA Retirement matching.
- Schedule: Flexible schedules are available for work-life balance - morning, afternoon, and evening options on weekdays and weekends. Set your own hours.
- Work Environment: Work is primarily in-person, but hybrid work options are available in which the therapist may provide some remote counseling from home.
- Caseload: We have waiting lists for our therapists and are able to fill caseloads in a max of 30 days.
- Paneling: The therapist will start work after 8 to 12 weeks of paneling with insurance companies.
- Support: Full administrative support is provided, including paneling with 30+ insurance companies, client referrals, intakes, scheduling, insurance verification, billing, claims, collections, records requests and management, etc. Clinical support is provided with regular Case Consultation groups and a Clinical Director available for support.
