We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Software Developer and Site Reliability Expert to join our rapidly growing Digital Solutions team in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Summary

This is a senior-level position that requires expertise in software development, particularly in mobile applications using iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin). The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of progressive software development experience and 4+ years of native mobile development experience in iOS and/or Android.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative software technology for new products and existing product changes.
  • Investigate technical issues across Azure DevOps Pipelines, infrastructure configuration, mobile applications, desktop, and web applications.
  • Conduct software design reviews to ensure code meets or exceeds coding best practices guidelines.
  • Implement system improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Build and deploy cutting-edge mobile applications using iOS and Android.
  • Integrate mobile applications with cloud-based backends.
  • Test, debug, and document mobile applications for optimal performance and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive software development experience.
  • 4+ years native mobile development experience in iOS and/or Android.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting software investigations, mobile application design patterns, designing, developing, and delivering innovative software technology.
  • Mobile Application Testing Strategies experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Cloud development (Azure).
  • DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, branching, and automated testing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Experience with Cloud development in Azure.
  • Experience in both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Bluetooth and mobile app connectivity.
  • Medical device experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
