Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at BH Management Services. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, selling and renewing apartment leases in accordance with Company and Fair Housing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and convert them into lease signings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
  • Assist in marketing promotions and development of advertising materials
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and closing ratios
Requirements
  • High School or GED (General Education Diploma) preferred
  • Previous leasing experience preferred
  • Strong sales and closing skills required
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to achieve closing ratios and shopping report scores in accordance with company guidelines
