Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Billing of accounts using pricing quoted to clients within established periods.
  • Reviewing Gross Profit and confirming accuracy.
  • Ensuring all billing is correct and completed on time by the end of the month.
  • Collaborating with the operational team to ensure necessary information is filed in the system.
  • Processing files while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Driving automation utilization related to Operational Care processes.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of freight forwarding experience.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
