Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment plans to achieve nursing department goals
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Coordinate with rehab therapy teams to provide acute medical management and improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
