Houston Methodist Cypress Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with complex interventional and therapeutic radiologic procedures, including peripheral and coronary angioplasty, stents, rotablators, artherectomy, laser, and coronary ultrasound.
- Participate in the movement and alignment of equipment, as well as the control of radiation throughout procedures.
- Provide care for the physical needs of patients by executing various radiologic concepts to maximize performance.
- Modify technical factors to achieve desired imaging results and recognize complications/limitations associated with certain procedures.
- Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist, or equivalent experience with Houston Methodist.
- ARRT-R, CMRT, BLS, and ACLS certifications.
