Equipment Maintenance Specialist Job Description

The Chadwick-BaRoss, Inc. team is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join their dynamic shop environment.

This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and components of heavy-duty equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Heavy duty construction or Heavy Equipment Machinery and be proficient in mechanical systems (transmissions, hydraulics, engines, etc.).

  • This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 Estimated Annual Salary (Based on Location).

Candidate must supply own tools. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also required.
