Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

Soliant, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a temporary position in a school district. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced SLP to make a meaningful impact on the elementary student population.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Arkansas state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working with elementary school students is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a temporary position requiring 35 hours per week. The SLP will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to support the academic and social development of elementary students.
