Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at a school in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy and be passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with the IEP team.
  • Administer therapy services to students with varied needs, targeting areas including articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' academic curriculum and daily routines.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • CCC preferred.
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapy methodologies.
