Sibelco, a global leader in industrial minerals, seeks a skilled Project Sourcing Expert to join its team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for managing project procurement activities from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to clear scope, timing, defined milestones, budget, and final delivery date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project procurement plans, collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements.
  • Conduct supplier and contractor prequalification, assessing their suitability for project work.
  • Create tender documents, including Requests for Tender and Expressions of Interest, and manage the tender process according to Company policies and procedures.
  • Compile and seek approval of tender lists, ensuring compliance with Company standards and values.

In this role, you will also facilitate commercial negotiations with suppliers, coordinate contract drafting, and ensure timely execution of contracts. Your strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders will be essential in maintaining a collaborative working environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, prescription drug benefits, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, critical illness insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
