RN Cardiac Stroke Days Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Parker. As a Cardiac Stroke Days RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and implement treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
- A graduate of an accredited school of nursing or degree program.
- One year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a cardiac or stroke unit.
- Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State.
- BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
