Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee, assess, and motivate a team of hourly employees engaged in the production of manufactured goods, while organizing workflows to achieve quality and daily output targets.
  • Ensure that safety, quality, and productivity goals are met by coaching standardized processes, confirming that operations run safely, efficiently, and yield high-quality products.
  • Strive to surpass personal, team, and organizational objectives by holding oneself and the team to elevated performance standards through a servant leadership approach.

Qualifications

Essential Skills...
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or manufacturing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

  • Machining experience with CNC machines, grinders, and gauge equipment
