Crown and Bridge Dental Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Crown and Bridge Dental Fabricator to join our team at Dental Metrics Maven. The ideal candidate will have experience in wax-ups, metal finishing, die ditching, and digital processes. Implant experience is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabrication: Create custom dental crowns and bridges using various materials, including ceramics, metals, and composites, according to specifications provided by dental professionals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed restorations to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize advanced dental lab equipment and techniques to produce accurate and functional dental restorations.
  • Case Management: Review and interpret prescription documents, ensuring all cases are completed within specified timelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with dental professionals to discuss case requirements, provide technical support, and address any concerns.
  • Material Knowledge: Stay informed about new dental materials and techniques to continuously improve fabrication methods and product offerings.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all cases, including materials used, techniques applied, and any adjustments made during the fabrication process.
  • Training and Mentorship: Assist in training new technicians and provide guidance on best practices and techniques in crown and bridge fabrication.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in crown and bridge dental lab work is required.
  • Proficiency in wax, metal finishing, and die ditching.
  • Familiarity with digital dental technology.
  • Implant experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior department management experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage with a total annual compensation of $70,000-$120,000 based on experience and skill set.
