We are seeking a skilled and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health - 425 Jack Martin Blvd. As a Traveling ED Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and Prioritize Patients
You will be responsible for quickly and accurately assessing incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions, and prioritizing their injuries and medical needs accordingly.
Provide Emergency CareOur Emergency Department (ED) nurses are trained in dealing with a variety of trauma situations requiring quick and decisive actions. You will be equipped to handle an array of emergency situations for patients of all ages.
Collaborate with Healthcare TeamYou will work closely with our healthcare team to provide specialized and innovative services, and to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Meet Job Requirements- Experience
You must have a minimum of 18 months of Nursing experience working in an ED environment, and ED experience within the past six months.
Clinical Knowledge and Analytical AbilitiesYou must have demonstrated clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Communication SkillsYou must be able to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
