Position Summary

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
  • Basic arithmetic skills.
  • Previous training in guest relations is preferred.
