We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Emergency Department team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to patients and families, adhering to the LVN scope of practice and the guidance of registered nurses.
- Collect clinical data to monitor the quality and effectiveness of nursing care, identifying areas for improvement.
- Act as a patient advocate, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Deliver care in a non-judgmental and nondiscriminatory manner, preserving patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
- CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification
- Kaweah Health-approved crisis intervention training within 60 days of hire/transfer
- Intravenous therapy certification and Blood withdrawal certification within six months of hire/transfer
- Experience in hospital settings, preferably in emergency departments
Kaweah Health offers a competitive salary range of $30.17-$45.26, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
